Return and Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our training classes. This includes Concealed Carry, Beginners Guide, Private Range, and VIP Gold classes. You may reschedule your class as many times as you need within one year of purchase with no additional fee as long as you reschedule your concealed carry class within 4 hours of your class start time by clicking the "Reschedule" link inside your booking confirmation email.

If you do not notify us that you will not be attending your scheduled class, you will be marked a "no-show." Once your student account has been marked as a "no-show" you will not be able to reschedule until you reach out to us at [email protected] or text us at (954) 758-1818

ONLINE COURSES: Please understand we cannot take back an online class or digitally delivered product. If you have an issue with a course or other digital product, STOP immediately, log out and contact us right away.

Unfortunately, if you have completed 10% or more of the course or digital product, we can no longer offer a refund.

Please contact us immediately if you have any issues with your order. We are always willing to work with our students to provide the best service possible.

RANGE CLASSES AND IN PERSON SCHEDULED COURSES: All classes expire after one-year. You need to complete all range classes (Concealed Carry, Beginners Guide, Private Range, and VIP Gold) within one year of the purchase date...There are no exceptions.

We only schedule a limited amount of people per year, so it is necessary for you to finish any purchased classes within 1 year of the purchase date. If you're unsure of your purchase date, please reach out to us at [email protected] or text us at (954) 758-1818
